The City of Marquette Arts & Culture Center’s First Thursday Concert Series presents: “The Truckey Boys”

The City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center’s First Thursday Concert Series, is proud to present “The Truckey Boys”. The Truckey Boys Trio includes Paul, Dan and Drew Truckey. They are graduates of Munising High School and are also brothers. They began playing music together in college. Dan lives in Marquette and has performed as a songwriter and guitarist for the past 20 years and has recorded three solo CDs. Paul lives in Marquette and his Broadway credits include Les Miserables’ (Broadway and National Touring Companies), The Fantastick’s, The Problem, Utah! (Original Company), Sunday in the Park with George, Romeo and Juliet, Nine, Three Sisters, The Mikado, and She Stoops to Conquer, to name a few. Drew lives in Duluth, Minnesota; he is a songwriter and guitarist who has performed as part of the duo “The Lunkers with Jay Krueger” and is also a member of Duluth’s lo-fi rock legend “Abner’s Kravitz”. The Truckey Boys will be inviting several friends to the stage as well, throughout the night! The concert will take place from 7:00-8:45 p.m. in the Peter White Public Library’s Community Room on Thursday June, 7th 2012. A $5.00 Donation is suggested at the door and goes directly to the band. This is a family friendly event.
